Job DescriptionYou will lead a high-performing squad of 8-12 engineers building mission-critical digital experiences for a global consumer audience. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will balance technical direction with hands-on mentorship to scale core systems. This is a high-ownership role designed for a leader who values code quality and sustainable engineering velocity.

- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience and 2 years of proven technical team leadership.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React within a microservices or event-driven architecture.
- Experience scaling engineering teams in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with a focus on ownership.
