You will lead a high-performing squad of 8-12 engineers building mission-critical digital experiences for a global consumer audience. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will balance technical direction with hands-on mentorship to scale core systems. What you will do

• Build and lead an engineering team of 8-12 developers across payments, AI, and core systems.
• Set technical direction and maintain high code quality standards across a modern TypeScript and Node.js stack.
• Remove technical roadblocks and mentor engineers to ensure sustainable delivery velocity and professional growth.

The ideal candidate

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience and 2 years of proven technical team leadership.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React within a microservices or event-driven architecture.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with a focus on ownership.
