Engineering Manager (9 Month Fixed Term Contract, 4 days Mon-Thurs)

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and driving both personal and professional growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams championing a people-first approach to leadership.

• Mentoring and Supporting a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, career development plans, and feedback cycles.
• Cultivate a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for team wellbeing, work-life balance, and professional development.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and team-building initiatives.

• Proven experience in managing an engineering team.
