Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager with Electrical bias to join our client's manufacturing site in Scotland. This role involves leading a team responsible for ensuring GMP and GxP compliant maintenance, installation, and procurement of site equipment, facilities, and utilities.

The successful candidate will oversee daily engineering operations, support safety and quality investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will also manage projects, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to all GMP standards and statutory requirements, fostering a culture of safety and team development.

• Experience in engineering supervision within GMP or regulated environments
• Electrical competency, including hands-on maintenance and project management
• 17th or 18th Edition wiring regs desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
• Proven problem-solving and project planning abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting is advantageous
• Full electrical qualifications or equivalent and experience in GMP environment
