About You

• The Engineering Manager will have strong man-management skills leading an engineering team.
• Experience of automation, what it involves and process to improve.
• CI experience working cross functionally with all departments.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager in a UK manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required for the successful Engineering Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage the engineering function across the manufacturing site.
• As Engineering Manager, you will sustain high standards of safety and compliance, while supporting the company growth and sustainability.
• Develop and implement the engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead develops and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Implement PPM and reduce downtime.
