• Fluent German (written and spoken) - essential for team and client communication.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in software engineering and architecture.
• Hands-on experience in FinTech or financial services technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively.
