Engineering Manager - Lead Plant Reliability & Upgrades (London)

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is recruiting an Engineering Manager for our London-based site. You will lead the engineering team and oversee all mechanical maintenance across heavy process plant, driving reliability and safety. Develop the preventive maintenance programme and reduce downtime through continuous improvement.

You will coordinate contractors, manage budgets, support plant upgrades and deliver engineering projects, with strong hands-on technical backing as required.
