Job Description

Engineering Manager (Java) sought by leading financial services boutique based in the city of London.

* Extensive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on leading and mentoring teams

* Proven ability to manage offshore and geographically distributed teams effectively

* Solid background in full-stack development and platform engineering

* Confident in owning and driving the end-to-end software delivery life cycle

* Experience working within Capital Markets environments

* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up settings

* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies

* Excellent communication skills, with a track record of managing and collaborating with stakeholders

Salary up to £150,000 per annum/3 days on site in the city of London
