You'll define the Salesforce architecture, drive engineering excellence, and mentor a talented technical team ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and deliver real business impact.What you'll do Lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds. Own the Salesforce technical reference architecture and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Produce end-to-end solution designs, including integrations, data flows, and security considerations. Drive platform performance, scalability, and reliability improvements. Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and integration approaches. Collaborate with product, delivery, and enterprise architecture teams to align technology with business goals.What we're looking for Strong Salesforce engineering background, ideally in a technical leadership or architect role. Expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Financial Services, Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing). Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), and API design. Proven experience designing secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
