Engineering Lead: AI-Driven Product & Tech Leadership

Titanbay is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a high performing squad within a cross functional product team. You will shape what we build with Product, while driving AI powered workflows across the development lifecycle to improve how we build, ship and scale software.

You'll mentor engineers, own technical direction, and partner closely with Product to deliver customer and business outcomes. This is a hands on leadership role in a fast growing fintech environment.
