You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, bridging the gap between technical execution and commercial strategy. Spending 30-40% of your time hands-on, you will scale the team from 4 to 10 members while architecting AI-integrated solutions that redefine brand measurement for the global creator economy.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists while driving technical best practices and code quality.

• Scale the engineering organization through strategic hiring and the implementation of agile SCRUM methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

• Translate complex commercial goals into technical requirements, collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Product teams to drive revenue-focused initiatives.

The ideal candidate

• Proven expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Python with significant experience in a cloud environment like GCP.

• Demonstrated success in early-stage, high-growth startups, specifically in scaling engineering teams from lean foundations to double-digit headcounts.

• Strong background in building AI-integrated software or MarTech products, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
