The Engineering Level 3 Fitter Apprenticeship exists to recruit enthusiastic talent with the right work ethic that can be trained on our specific production methods and processes to give them the practical skills to perform within the production environment of the aviation sector.

1. Following of well documented processes
2. Completion of tightly controlled documentation and records
3. Assembly of delicate components utilising a variety of methods
4. Completing a log of activities and training to support college NVQ
