The Role:
You'll lead senior engineering managers, drive predictable delivery, set architectural direction, and build a culture where teams take ownership and deliver high quality outcomes at speed. Working in close partnership with Product, Delivery, and Technology leaders, you'll align people, decisions, and priorities to ensure teams stay focused, collaborative, and consistently delivering the right outcomes at speed.
The Skill Requirements:
- Senior engineering leadership experience at scale
- Strong technical foundations across software, platform, and architecture
- A pragmatic, leadership style with a focus on clarity and outcomes
