Engineering Delivery Lead: Integrations & Platform Scale

MHR is seeking a delivery-focused engineering leader to own end-to-end delivery of integrations across our iTrent and People First platforms. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers and testers, partner with design and product, and drive reliable, scalable integration solutions for customers.

You will shape delivery strategy, improve processes, and ensure high-quality releases on schedule, while collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve challenges and deliver impact.
