Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead at our Alconbury site. We seek a passionate and driven engineering professional with experience in computerised maintenance management systems.

You will:

1. Plan, prepare, and coordinate maintenance tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.
2. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams to optimize maintenance strategies, maximize equipment availability, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
3. Utilize CMMS tools for effective maintenance planning, reporting, and cost management to support site reliability and decision-making.
4. Oversee critical engineering stores activities, ensuring parts availability through direct management or third-party suppliers.

About You

• Engineering planning experience in FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering department operations.
• Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and enthusiastic approach.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities, either as a hands-on engineer or a maintenance planner.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Office packages.
