About The Role- To support the engineering team in repair of industrial equipment by providing administrative support.
- Conduct data entry into company IT systems recording accurate information and highlighting issues to management.
- Communicating effectively with customers, engineers and other branches whilst maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
- Conducting administrative tasks such as ordering stores, completing payroll, submitting quotations and processing orders.
- Monitoring stock levels of office supplies, PPE etc and reordering as required.
- Assisting with planning and organisation of a number of business functions
You will be-
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong communicator both verbal and written with excellent IT skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Capable of working independently, seeking advice from engineers, sales, administration and management as required.
- Knowledge of a similar industry desirable but not essential.
