We primarily operate in Switzerland, but occasionally also conduct operations abroad.Engineer in Maintenance & Electrical ReliabilityLocation: SionYour mission:Within the operational management, you play a key role in collaboration with other departments for the reliability, availability, and further development of the hydropower plants. You ensure a high-performance, flexible, and sustainably future-oriented approach.Key tasks:- Ensuring an overall view of the technical challenges of the plants and guaranteeing their long-term coherence.- Participation in project assessments, conducting preventive inspections during overhauls, and validating the handover of projects to operations.- Supporting the teams in troubleshooting in close collaboration with experts.- Leading cross-functional analyses, utilizing experiential knowledge, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.- Optimizing and adapting maintenance work according to the challenges of each partner.- Contributing to the digitalization projects in the operational process.- Further developing the CMMS to enhance maintenance.- Analyzing plant performance and proposing optimization measures.- Conducting studies on reliability and flexibility of maintenance in order to increase efficiency.- Developing standardized maintenance plans and tools that promote knowledge utilization and exchange.- Designing training modules for standby services and contributing to their implementation.Qualifications:- Engineer ETH or FH.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner.- Strong interest in analysis and risk assessment methodologies.- Distinct sensitivity to digital and new technologies, good programming skills.- Independence and strong analytical and synthetic skills with the ability to tackle technical challenges and coordinate various stakeholders.- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language.- Excellent social skills: ability to listen, teamwork, persuasiveness, and capacity to work with diverse teams.We are one of the leading companies in the sector and offer you excellent employment conditions, training opportunities, and a motivating work environment.
