Engaging Fitness Coach & Member Success Leader

Waveleisure in Eastbourne is seeking a proactive Fitness Instructor to supervise gym operations, deliver member journeys, and provide high-quality guidance to help members reach their goals. The role includes 1:1 coaching, gym programming, reviews, and cross-site workshops as needed.

You will motivate customers, deliver Welcome Workouts and Personal Plans, and participate in membership sales. Training and occasional cross-site duties are required to maintain service standards.
