Engaging Activities Coordinator - Lead & Mentor Care Home

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your role is to create and run engaging activities tailored to each resident, while mentoring staff on how to interact and engage with residents to create special moments.

You will help ensure residents' dignity and self-esteem through meaningful relationships and the freedom to express individuality. Prior care home experience is a plus, and we support professional development and ongoing training.
