Job Description

Artemis Connection is a strategic management consultancy working across the for-profit, public and social sectors. We help clients around the world identify their most pressing strategic issues and staff teams of strategy consultants to deliver impact. We are passionate about helping innovative and entrepreneurial leaders reach their goals through a customized project-based approach, typically focused on:

  • Bespoke Innovation, Sales, and Marketing Strategy
  • Purpose-driven Transformation
  • Embedded Strategy and Operations roles

Our founder is Christy Johnson, an entrepreneur, educator, and former McKinsey Engagement Manager. Our advisors include HR officers, executive coaches, academics, entrepreneurs, and neuroscientists. Our team comprises seasoned consultants trained at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain, Big 4 Strategy, and elite educational institutions.

What makes Artemis Connection unique is the opportunity to combine this first-rate consulting experience with the flexibility that many other consulting firms don't offer. We're a consulting firm for experienced top-tier consultants who still want to deliver value for clients but need more flexibility in their professional and personal lives. We are flexible regarding where you work and how many hours you work - no rigid expectations of being at the client every day, living in a certain city, or clocking in a full 50+ hours weekly, while still delivering exceptional results.

Currently, our team members are spread across the country, engaging with clients remotely (occasionally on-site, as needed) and working varied hours (10 to 55 hours/week). We offer market-rate compensation based on outcomes and hours worked, plus bonuses for bringing in new clients.

Our smaller size and flexible structure mean we typically bring on new team members in a "trial-to-hire" capacity. Initially, individuals are hired as independent contractors for specific client projects, with potential for a more permanent role after successful project completion and mutual fit assessment.
