Engagement Coach & Community Connector

Acis is recruiting a Support and Engagement Coach in the United Kingdom to nurture community connections, promote services and guide participants along their journey. You will work with local groups, universities and partner services to boost engagement and ensure welcoming hub environments.

You will coordinate routes to market, support people 1-on-1 and in groups, and manage hub activity to deliver high-quality customer care across all sites. A proactive, people-focused approach is essential.
