We are looking for an Engagement and Wellbeing Advisor who can shape our culture by connecting and listening to our colleagues to ensure they are heard and improve their experiences at work.
As our Engagement & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll lead the charge in delivering innovative engagement strategies, wellbeing campaigns, and internal communications that truly connect with our people. From staff surveys and frontline events to internal communications and champion networks - you'll be at the heart of shaping a thriving, inclusive culture.
What you'll do:- Lead the delivery of employee engagement, internal communications, and employee health and wellbeing projects across the council.
- Design and deliver impactful HR and Organisational Development campaigns, toolkits to support line managers and teams, and events to communicate and engage with colleagues.
- Analyse data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and upskill teams on employee engagement and employee wellbeing.
- Live our guiding principles: we are helpful, we are open-minded, we deliver positive outcomes.
- A creative can-do mindset, with experience covering some of the following: employee engagement, internal communications, event management, marketing, and employee wellbeing.
- Experience of using Microsoft software and other creative software.
- Have a growth mindset to develop and upskill yourself and others
- A can-do attitude and a genuine interest in improving our colleagues' experiences at work.
