Engagement & Recovery Worker - Substance Misuse

Change Grow Live in Coventry is seeking an Engagement Duty Worker to join the Brief Intervention team. You will support people with substance misuse in one-to-one and group settings, delivering psychosocial interventions and helping navigate treatment pathways.

This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, a salary in the Coventry range (£26,296.03-£28,557.79 pro rata for part-time) with benefits including pension, wellness support, and training.
