Engagement & Complaints Officer (Maternity Cover)

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a part-time Complaints and Engagement Support Officer to join the Adults Services team until July 2027. The role involves supporting complaints handling and engagement activities, with responsibilities such as correspondence, quality assurance, and meeting organisation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience with vulnerable adults. Knowledge of Social Services legislation and the ability to speak Welsh are advantageous. The position is subject to a DBS check.
