Job Description

Job Title: Energy Sales Advisor

Salary: £29,120 per annum retainer, with OTE (On Target Earnings) of £48,000, thanks to uncapped commission.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We re looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our energy sales team. If you re driven, personable, and eager to learn, this could be your opportunity to start a high-earning career in sales even if you ve never done it before.

This is a field-based role where you ll speak directly with potential customers in their local area, helping them find better energy deals and save money. You ll receive full training, ongoing support, and everything you need to succeed in a role where your attitude matters more than your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our energy services face-to-face in your assigned local area.
  • Engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and explain how we can help.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a proactive, positive approach.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries confidently.
  • Record sales activity accurately using our systems.
  • Stay up to date on offers and industry standards to ensure compliance.

  • Great Communicator: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking to new people.

  • Full UK Driving Licence: Access to a car is essential for this role.
