Endoscopy Service Manager - Lead Operations & Care

InHealth Group Limited is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Service Manager to join the North Bristol Community Diagnostic Centre and provide operational leadership for the Endoscopy service, ensuring safe, high quality patient care and efficient delivery across the site.

You will work with the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager to drive service improvements, recruit and develop the Healthcare Support Worker team, and maintain governance and regulatory standards while balancing competing
