Seeking an engineer to support and manage end-user IT technologies, handle incidents, and maintain reliable endpoint systems. Requires experience with Windows OS, Office 365, Intune/Autopilot, virtual desktops, device/patch management, and ServiceNow. Familiarity with Active Directory, networking, and cloud services is important. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills are preferred, along with the ability to provide escalation and VIP support.

Relevant IT certifications and a driver's licence are beneficial.

Must be fluent in English.
