End-to-End Lending Operations Lead

Elect Capital in London is seeking a Lending Controller to own the end-to-end lending pipeline, from application scrubbing through underwriting to post-approval prepping. The role will supervise the Scrubber, Underwriter, and Prepper teams and align Sales, Risk, and Funding to maintain speed and accuracy.

You will design SOPs, set turnaround targets, and build dashboards to monitor pipeline metrics as we scale, delivering a fast, fair lending process.
