Job Description
YTL UK is hiring a Recruiter to join the People team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and develop talent attraction strategies to hire exceptional people for our growing construction business in the South West.
You will champion direct channels and employer branding, ensuring engaging processes and a great candidate experience. A full UK driving licence is required and travel to Bristol/sites may be involved.
