We're looking for a proactive End of Tenancy Manager to joing our Worthing teamoverseeing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants while preparing properties for their next occupants.

What you'll do

• Manage check-outs, inventories, deposit returns, and dispute cases.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and professional cleaning.
• Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with UK legislation.

What you'll bring

• Background in Property Management or Residential Lettings beneficial.
• Previous experince within Customer Serivce ideal.
