End of Tenancy Manager - Landlord & Tenant Liaison

Charters, part of Lomond, is seeking an End of Tenancy Manager for the Worthing team to oversee the end-of-tenancy process and prepare properties for the next occupants. This role focuses on delivering smooth experiences for landlords and tenants by coordinating key activities and ensuring high standards of service.

You will manage check-outs, inventories, deposits, and dispute cases; coordinate repairs and cleaning; act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors; and maintain
