Enclosing Operator (No1) - Nottinghamshire - £Depending On Experience

Opportunity to work with a 'best in class' printing company. Your main responsibilities will include operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring that machines are running at full capacity. You will operate and adjust enclosing equipment to an optimum level ensuring that production requirements are being met and improved, and that a high level of quality output is maintained throughout.

1. Responsible for setting and running all enclosing lines
2. Responsible for loading all hoppers with the correct stock
3. Understanding Mailsort and making sure all work is frayed and presented correctly
4. Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected.
5. Help assist Team Leader in the training of Trainees by encouraging them and advising them.
6. Responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity standards are achieved
7. Ensure that all quality procedures are adhered to and all relevant paperwork is completed.
8. Recognise potential problems quickly and informing the Team Leader immediately.
9. Ensure PPE is worn as and when required
10. General Housekeeping within the Mailroom Area
11. To undertake training as and when required.
12. Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its associated policies
13. Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
