Enablement Officer: Youth Housing & Independent Living

YMCA Wellington & District is seeking a caring Enablement Officer to support young people in our accommodation. You will manage a caseload of tenants, provide one-to-one support and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to live more independently.

This is a varied role where you will use Outcome Star to assess needs, set goals and measure progress, build trusted relationships, and work with housing colleagues and external agencies.
