Job Description
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting for the Enabling Service to support individuals in the community. The role involves visiting clients at home, delivering and reviewing care plans, and coordinating with health professionals to promote independence.
The post is full-time (37 hours/week) based at Rawmarsh Joint Service Centre, with travel across the Rotherham borough. An enhanced DBS check and medical assessment are required; training is provided.
