Empty Homes Surveyor & Site Supervisor (Vehicle Provided)

A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Empty Homes Surveyor / Supervisor to ensure properties are safe and ready for new customers. This role involves managing inspections, overseeing trades, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Applicants should have a strong trade background and experience in property maintenance. A full UK driving licence and the ability to pass a Basic DBS check are mandatory for this position. A company vehicle will be provided for site visits.
