Empowerment Support Worker

Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals in developing independent living skills and personal care. The role offers full time, part time, and relief patterns, with duties aligned to person-centred plans and health and safety policies. Training and supervision are provided within a supportive team.

Applicants must meet essential criteria and rights to work in the UK. A criminal record check is required, and the service may require sleep-ins with additional pay.
