Empowerment-Driven Employment Advisor

Sovereign & Bale is seeking an Employment Adviser in the Redruth/ Penryn area to support long-term unemployed clients toward sustainable work. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored action plans, CV writing and interview coaching, and help develop essential skills.

You will operate in a fast-paced target-driven environment, build relationships with local employers, travel locally as needed, and promote the Restart Scheme to expand employment opportunities in the community.
