Empowering Tenancy Manager - Supported Housing

Outward is seeking a proactive Tenancy Management Officer to join our team in NE London. You will manage tenancies, reduce voids, ensure health and safety compliance and deliver a sensitive, person-centred housing management service across an allocated patch.

Responsibilities include proactive tenancy management, estate inspections, rent and service charge income maximisation, and collaborating with support providers to coordinate referrals and joint assessments.
