Hft in Stonehouse is seeking a Team Leader to guide a passionate team in a warm, supported living setting. You will lead on- and off-shift, champion person-centred support, and ensure plans, records, and risk assessments reflect each individual's goals.

You will recruit, train, supervise and develop staff, build trusting relationships with families and partners, and participate in on-call duties to keep homes safe and well-run.
