Cartrefi Cymru Co operative is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Torfaen to help people we support live more independently and with dignity. You'll provide day to day assistance, encourage choices, and support everyday activities.

The role includes weekend work and sleep in shifts, driving responsibilities with a valid license, and a welcoming, person centred approach; training is provided and benefits include generous leave and pension.
