Empowering Support Worker - Flexible Hours & Career Growth

Thera Trust is seeking enthusiastic support workers to join our team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve personal goals and ambitions, adapting support to each person's needs.

Work may be in clients' homes or out in the community, with a person-centred approach driving empowerment. You must be comfortable with lone working, have a full UK driving licence, and possess strong communication skills.
