Empowering Support Worker - Enable Independence & Wellbeing

Hft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way, with a focus on independence and dignity. Your daily role includes enabling choices, supporting participation in activities, and promoting wellbeing within a warm, inclusive team.

You'll contribute to safe, person-centred care, attend health appointments, and help individuals achieve their goals. A Health and Social Care qualification and a compassionate attitude are valued.
