Empowering HLTA for Primary Learners

New Horizons Primary School, part of Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team. The role covers PPA lessons, supports pupils and works with teachers to raise attainment while promoting independence and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA standing or be working toward it, experience in KS1/KS2, and a passion for inclusive education with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
