Job Description
One to One Personnel Limited is recruiting for an Education, Training & Employment (ETE) Coordinator in Southend. You will support individuals to achieve education, training and employment goals, managing a caseload and delivering tailored action plans and coaching.
You will design and run employability programmes and workshops, work with partners to create progression opportunities, and maintain accurate records while using data to improve service delivery.
