Empowering Care Leaver Advisor - Immediate Start

Sefton MBC is seeking an experienced Personal Advisor to join its Leaving Care service, based at Trinity Road, Bootle. This temporary role covers sickness and secondment with an immediate start. Pay is £17.37-£22.68 per hour via Prism.

You will manage a caseload of care leavers, preparing Pathway Plans with a person-centred approach to empower young people to build independence. DBS and confidentiality required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
