Empowering Adult & Apprenticeship Learning Coach Flexible

Bath College is seeking an Adult and Apprenticeship Learning Coach to provide high-quality support to SEND learners across the college, handling an allocated caseload and helping learners access education and progress in their programmes.

You will work with curriculum staff and wider support services to remove barriers to learning, promote participation, and encourage independence, confidence and achievement in an inclusive environment.
