The Employment Tax Senior Manager will be entrusted to lead, inspire and develop this highly successful Employment Solutions tax team in Reading. Having arisen from an impressive record of client acquisition as well as retention, this role demands a commercial and technically minded individual who will focus on high level advisory. You will work to develop all aspects of the Employment Tax team and will be directly involved in the implementation and design of salary sacrifice and equity arrangements.

This role demands a creative and astute individual who is not only driven to progress but wants to make an impact in one of the most profitable areas of the practice. You will also have strong leadership skills, willing to challenge the norm and bring an innovative flair to client advisory.
