A top law firm in East Anglia is looking to expand their highly ranked employment team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Employment Solicitor. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including both private and public sector organisations, across the full spectrum of employment law matters - both contentious and non contentious.

Role

You will handle a varied caseload, including advising on complex employment issues, drafting contracts and policies, supporting corporate transactions, and managing claims related to unfair and wrongful dismissal, as well as redundancy matters. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will manage your own caseload and contribute to business development and client relationship building.

Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, solid experience in employment law gained at a well regarded firm, confidence in managing their own caseload, strong technical knowledge, and enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building.
