Job Description
Employment Solicitor, 4 Years PQE, Leeds, to c£85,000 (DOE), Top national law firm - Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, nationally recognised law firm? We're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join a highly respected team in Leeds. JOB REF: 4337
THE ROLE:
• Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and discrimination
• Draft and review contracts of employment, service agreements, policies, COT3s, and settlement agreements
• Provide employment law support on corporate transactions
• Act as a trusted advisor to a wide-ranging client base, from SMEs to large public bodies
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals
• Play an active role in client relationship management, business development and networking activities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years experience
• Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing their own caseload
• A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
• Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
• Advocacy experience
