Solihull - £55,000 - £75,000 DOE.

The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its Employment team in Shirley. The role involves advising a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non contentious employment matters, including Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and corporate support work.

About You

• 4-7 years PQE in Employment Law
• Strong experience across contentious and non contentious matters
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and ambitious
• Comfortable contributing to business development, networking and client relationship management
