The Role

You will work on a varied and engaging caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law, including:

• High-value employment disputes
• Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy support
• Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• Executive exits and settlement agreements
• Industrial relations issues
• Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
• Potential involvement in High Court proceedings

The role offers exposure to interesting, complex work and the chance to build strong client relationships with organisations across the UK.

Candidate Profile

The firm is open to a wide range of candidates and places emphasis on attitude and ability over strict experience levels:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
• Background in employment law (claimant, respondent, or mixed experience considered)
• Strong technical knowledge with a willingness to develop further
• Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
• Motivated, personable, and keen to progress within a specialist team
